By accessing or using savernilo.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

Savernilo is a social simulation platform designed purely for entertainment purposes. The Platform allows users to:

Track progression and achievements

Enjoy relaxed, pressure-free entertainment

The Platform does NOT involve real-money gambling, betting, wagering, or any form of financial transaction. All virtual items have zero monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or withdrawn.

All virtual items, achievements, progression markers, and cosmetic elements within Savernilo have absolutely no real-world monetary value.

These virtual items:

• • Cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged for real money
• • Cannot be cashed out or withdrawn
• • Exist solely within the Platform environment
• • May be modified or removed at our discretion

You have no ownership rights in virtual items. All virtual content is licensed, not sold, to you for entertainment purposes only.

The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, software, and design, are owned by Savernilo Entertainment Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content

Reverse engineer or decompile the software

Use Savernilo trademarks without permission

Create derivative works based on the Platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms of Service

Fraudulent or illegal activity

Abusive behavior toward other users or staff

Extended period of account inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. All provisions that should survive termination, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savernilo Entertainment Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
